The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has denied viral claims of advising serving corps members to prepare money for ransom if they get kidnapped while travelling on high-risk roads. Naija News reports the scheme via their new handbook had asked serving corps members to inform their family members and friends before travelling on high-risk roads.
